  • Once shipped, you receive a tracking number. Go to "My parcels", select the parcel and click "View" to see its real-time status. You can also enter this number on the carrier's website.
  • Transit times are indicative and vary by destination and carrier. First check the status with your tracking number. If the delay exceeds the announced times, contact our customer service, who will check with the carrier.
  • The carrier usually leaves a delivery notice with instructions for redelivery or pick-up at a relay point. The recipient can often reschedule delivery online. Remember to check the tracking and the carrier's emails.
  • A parcel may be held for additional information, an incomplete declaration, or payment of duties and taxes. Check your emails: the carrier or customs often requests a document or a payment. If in doubt, our customer service will guide you through the steps.
  • Prohibited items include: cash and high-value objects, weapons, flammable or dangerous goods, narcotics and unauthorized perishables. Other products (batteries, alcohol, cosmetics) are regulated depending on the destination. See the "Special products" category.
  • The billed weight is the greater of the actual weight and the volumetric weight. The latter is calculated as: length × width × height (cm) ÷ 5000 (the divisor may vary by carrier). Well-fitted packaging reduces this weight and therefore the cost.
