Visit the help center-
Once your package is shipped, you will receive a tracking number. You can track your package directly from your customer account by going to the "My Packages" section. Select the relevant package and click on "View" to get the details. You can also use the tracking number on the website of the selected carrier to know the status of your shipment in real time.

Delivery times are indicative and may vary. If your package is delayed, check its status with the tracking number. If the delay persists, contact our customer service so they can inquire with the carrier.

If the recipient is absent, the carrier usually leaves a notice with instructions for a new delivery attempt or to pick up the package at a relay point. The recipient often receives emails to notify them of the package delivery and can, in some cases, reschedule the delivery online. Make sure to check the tracking information for more details.
